Add exFAT support for USB drives

ExFAT should be supportable, we might need to install some package for this.

Definitely some style things to fix up but better to have this merged for now and we can fix style later. We need to watch out for weird apostrophes and quotes and just let the markdown renderer deal with that rather than having hardcoded Unicode things in there. We should use emojis sparingly. The alt tags are all useless.
