Update the name of 'Services' in the Admin Settings #37

@acute Will you update the name of the services in the Admin Settings so that they are consistent with the terms we use on the portal tiles and on the docs site?

In the screenshot attached, I've written the terms in red.

Enable Chat --> Local Chat
Enable DeltaChat --> Secure Messenger
Enable File Viewer --> File Sharing

@nathan We have an outstanding need to pull that last round of changes from Gitbook. In it, there is the updated text that uses Secure Messenger for DeltaChat rather than Private Messenger. I've created a ticket here: butter/likebutter.app#17
