Currently the existing madmail release for arm64 is not compiled with CGO ENABLED, and won't start on the RPi unless this is the case.

Built from v0.47.0 and that seems to be working: https://github.com/themadorg/madmail/releases/tag/v0.47.0

just need to update the install_madmail.sh script slightly to handle new interactive process
