Probably around 2 minutes drift is ok, otherwise get the admin to sync the time. Things like TOTP require pretty strict timing, we don't have any of that right now but I can imagine we might in the future for one of our integrations or some 3rd party integration.

Yeah agreed this is a good idea. Admin can keep it in sync, or opportunistic sync if online at some point (i sometimes plug my butterbox into my home LAN)
