@acute @irl I love the share wifi function! My understanding is that it's a way for people who are connected to the box to share the wifi information with other who also want to view the portal.

I'm wondering about the naming and placement.

  • Let's rename this to 'Share access'. I want to avoid the notion that people think they can share a wifi hotspot from the box. We've run into this issue several times in trainings.

  • Right now, our tiles are for services (eg. files, local chat, maps). What if we placed 'Share Access' in the overflow menu? Or, alternatively, we could keep it on the main page, but give it a different visual treatment.
