Add ZIP file of the site to the site before upload

It might turn out that we have to do another full build of the site to account for the different URLs it would be served from, but I'm sure the CI would cope with this

Add exFAT support for USB drives

Not just test on this current build but we should maintain a list of requirements in some Markdown docs so we know it still works after the shift to bootc.
