link to public chat room doesn't work #1

not sure if this is specific for this UI or a general butterbox OS issue

it seems the default "public" chat room in Convene/Dedrite/Matrix is not created

tapping on the link from the main butter/Kanglam portal bage results in a neverending spinnning UI

i can navigate manually to /chat/ to access the core Convene UI and create another room, so it does seem Convene/Dendrite are functioning at some level

I had not realised it at the time, but the matrix link needs to be configured and compiled into the butter site. Commit coming.
